Partner Twist

-               Take a breath and grab arms overhead then you are able to lengthening your spine as much as you can.

-               You can exhale and turn around to the right, bring your right hand to the left knee of your partner and your left hand to the out of your right knee. Of course in this pose your partner should be mirroring this movement.

-               You can hold your breath during three to five minutes, then you can exhale. You should untwist and repeat this movement in opposite direction.
